the setup position

            

To create a good backswing and forward motion a

sound setup with good posture is vital.

The exercise below is an easy way to understand

the posture required for a sound address position

Start with the tail out, legs unlocked and arms

extended out sideways. The spine is vertical

Move the left hip SLIGHTLY towards the target and raise the hip UP.

The head now feels behind ball  and the spine is tilted away from the target.

The spine should point toward the inside of the left foot.  Then allow the arms to hang
