This is the first part of a THREE PART training exercise.
STEP #1Â Â
90% of swing problems originate in the setup. The three x pushes set the body to be able to turn well and create space through the ball
1.    Push the belt buckles DOWN & BACK for a straighter back
2.    Allow the arms to HANG then push slightly DOWN
3.    Push the LEFT hip slightly towards the target
NB. Be careful if you have any lower back issues. Engage the stomach muscles to support the lower back.
